***At-Risk Missing Person***

The Sheriff's Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a woman who went missing from her place of residence yesterday evening. Alice Alspektor, 66, was last seen in the 3900 block of Edison Avenue at approximately 9:30 p.m. on February 19th, 2013. She is considered to be at-risk, due to being diagnosed as bipolar and having dementia.

Alspektor (see attached photo) is described as a white female adult, 5'7" tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. She has brown hair, hazel eyes and a medium complexion. She was last seen wearing a brown, fleece zip-up jacket with a fur-lined hood.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of this missing person is asked to contact the Sheriff's Department at (916) 874-5115.
