Robbery Suspect Sought
Sheriff's detectives are seeking the identity of a man responsible for a robbery last Friday. On May 10, 2013 at approximately 12:45 p.m., the suspect entered the Schools Financial Credit Union in the 5000 block of Madison Avenue. He then used a note to demand money from one of the tellers, before leaving with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect (see attached surveillance photo) is described as a white male adult in his mid-30s. He is approximately 6'1" tall and 250 pounds, with red hair and a goatee. During the robbery, he wore a brown baseball cap with a black logo on the side, a black shirt and dark pants.Anyone knowing the identity of this suspect is asked to contact the Sheriff's Robbery Bureau at (916) 874-5051.
