Application packets need to be picked up within 5 days of being sentenced by the Courts.

Completed applications accepted Monday – Friday 8:00am – 2:00pm

Completed application packets must have the $130.00 non-refundable application fee in the form of a money order or cashiers check only.  Incomplete application packets will not be accepted. 

Participants of the Home Detention Program are fitted with an ankle transmitter.  Participants must stay within range of the monitoring receiver attached to their home telephone. Inmates who meet our acceptance criteria must either be employed, go to school, or have a medical condition that would best be served in an out of custody environment.  In some cases an inmate will be allowed to apply as a “lockdown” status.

All Home Detention participants will be required to give weekly drug tests.  The Home Detention program does not accept any medical marijuana cards nor allow the use of Marinol, Adderall, Phentermine or Amphetamine salts while on the program.   Program participants shall not consume any poppy seed products while on the program.
