Inmate Property Information

Items not available at this facility which are essential to an inmates health and well being may be accepted as determined by the Gatehouse officer. Inmate property releases are processed during the hours of 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM daily. In order for R.C.C.C. to release an inmate’s property to you promptly, the inmate must have submitted a property release form in advance. Otherwise, forms will be provided upon request at the gatehouse. However, processing the form in this manner is subject to extreme delay. The public counter officer will give you a waiting time estimate and may suggest you return in several hours or the next day. You may not receive the inmates clothing unless he is going to state prison. If requesting personal property items, you must take the entire package.
