If you would like your items shipped back to you, please contact the carrier you choose to provide the shipping service for you and arrange a pick up at our office. (We do not pay for shipping)

Provide us the following by telephone or fax:

• The carrier you chose
• Your account number with the carrier
• Your name
• Your shipping address (the address you want the item shipped to)

Note: You will need to let the carrier know the ITEM Number (usually a five digit number) we provide you for your property to ensure the correct item is shipped.

If you would like to have someone pick up your item for you, please fax a letter to giving us authority to release your item to the person you choose. The fax needs to contain:

• Your name
• Your Driver’s License number
• The person picking up the property’s name
• The person picking up the property’s Driver’s License number
• The item number
• Description of the article to be released
• A statement giving us permission to release your item to the person you chose
