Divisional detectives investigate assaults, burglaries, domestic violence, thefts, vandalism, street level narcotics activity and other miscellaneous crimes. Detectives are available to assist patrol officers on initial investigations and arrests as needed. Other crimes including homicide, robbery, sexual assaults, child and elder abuse, financial crimes and computer crimes are handled by centralized investigative units.
