Duties:

• Establishes regulations and enforces laws governing the conduct of bingo games, as well as parlor operators and suppliers within the unincorporated area of Sacramento County.
• Issues, denies, suspends or revokes licenses.
• Prepares statistical reports summarizing bingo activity to the bingo community and to the Board of Supervisors.
• Performs annual bingo compliance examinations, providing recommendations and assistance for corrective actions.
• Conducts investigations relating to thefts, shortages, embezzlement or other dishonest acts. Analyzes games for legality. Performs background checks of volunteers.
