Next Non-Affiliate POST Entry-Level Written Exam Register for a non-affiliate exam online

The Academy Physical Agility Test will take place immediately following the completion of the written exam.

Non-Affiliate Position Application

The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Academy is currently accepting applications for non-affiliate positions for the next Intensive and Extended format classes. In order to apply, you must submit to the academy:

1. A completed Non-Affiliate Application
2. A photocopy of a current t-score from a POST written exam. The academy accepts t-scores from the non-affiliate exam date above, the Deputy Sheriff Trainee exam or from other agencies.
3. A completed Peace Officer Personal History Statement (You can obtain a PHS from POST website, click on Hiring, then Peace Officer).

You must mail or hand delivery all three forms to the academy’s address above. You will be notified by mail prior to July 18, 2008 if you are offered a position.
