Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
Duties:
- Processes requests to purchase for services and supplies and
fixed assets.
- Prepares and submits annual departmental inventory control reports
for fixed asset accounting.
- Presents training for department personnel on purchasing procedures.
- Controls and submits authorized signature lists for county fiscal
documents.
- Controls inventory of department badges, including their issuance,
repair and reassignments.
