The primary focus of the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department is the safety of our citizens. We want our community to feel safe where they live, work and play. The goal for this training is awareness, prevention and surviving violence. Though we cannot predict ones actions, we want to help the community be aware and better understand potential hazards in their surroundings and reduce the likelihood of a tragic event.

The Sheriff’s Department is hosting an approximate 3 (three) hour training seminar which will focus on the above mentioned items. This is geared for administrators and leaders of all faiths. Follow the link below for class dates and times. We would limit this training to 2 (two) members from each organization at this time. Training is FREE but each attendee is required to have a ticket.
