Airport FAQs

Where can I park while I am waiting to pick up a passenger?
The only place to legally park is in the airport parking lots. A Free Waiting Area has been added and offers three hours of free parking. The Free Waiting Area allows you to wait for a call from the passenger you are picking up. When they have their luggage and are at the curb they can call and you can pick them up. The Free Waiting Area allows access to both terminals. However your car must be attended or it will be cited and towed. If you park anywhere other than the airport parking lots you can be issued a citation.
If I am late for my flight can I jump ahead in the security check point line?
Absolutely not! It is your responsibility to arrive in time for your flight.
What identification do I need to fly?
This is regulated by TSA, please refer to their website.
TSA WEBSITE
What do I do if I forget something behind the checkpoint after I exit?
Contact the airport operator by using a courtesy telephone and arrangements will be made to assist you. Do not try and go through the exit lane of the security checkpoint to gain entrance into the secure side of the terminal.
Can I be denied boarding or flying on an airline?
Absolutely, an airline is a business and can refuse service to anyone. The most common reasons for being denied your flight are alcohol intoxication and being hostile towards airline passengers or employees. Both of these reasons are safety issues to the airlines. Please be polite and courteous to others and be conservative in your consumption of alcoholic beverages.
What do I do if I get a parking citation?
The instructions are on the back of your citation. You can follow these instructions to pay or dispute a citation.
Can I park at the AM/PM and wait to pick someone up?
No, the parking stalls at AM/PM are for their customers only. The area south of the gas pumps is a fire lane and can result in a parking fine of $100. The frontage road on the east of AM/PM is posted no parking and can result in a parking fine of $50. The best place to wait is in the Free Waiting Area where three hours of free parking is offered. However your car must be attended or it will be cited and towed.

Airport Parking

Federal mandates require strict enforcement in front of the terminal areas. Vehicles will be promptly cited and towed if not actively loading or unloading in front of terminals.
If arriving to pick up passengers, the Free Waiting Area is available for waiting (there is no charge for the first three hours). Your car must be attended while in the Free Waiting Area or it will be towed. The Free Waiting Area Lot is located at the West end of Crossfield Drive. Hourly parking lots are provided for each terminal.
