Gang Suppression Unit (GSU) Detectives developed information regarding Khome Zong Tong gang associates Tylor Saechao and Kelvin Sengon. The intelligence revealed multiple subjects were conspiring to sell illegal firearms, including fully automatic guns. Detectives determined Saechao and Sengon were likely in possession of numerous illegal firearms and authored a search warrant for their residences.

On February 15, 2024, Special Enforcement Detail (SED) executed four location search warrants. Detectives from the Gang Suppression Unit, along with the assistance of Sacramento County Sheriff's Office Central Division POP Team, Special Investigations Bureau (SIB), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), and Rancho Cordova Police Department-Crime Suppression Unit, located a large amount of ammunition, 24 firearms, including 3 assault weapons/ 2 machine guns, gang indicia, and $223,945 cash.

Saechao and Sengon were taken to the Sacramento County Main Jail and have since been released, awaiting future court dates.
