Sac Sheriff

Youth Services Unit

The Sheriff’s Youth Services Unit (YSU) works collaboratively with community partners to include schools, community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, businesses and non-profits. We address complex issues concerning youth violence and delinquency with the goal of cultivating resilient, productive, and optimistic young men and women who will make positive contributions to our communities for years to come.

For more information about the various programs available to youth or ways to support the Sheriff’s Activities League (SAL) or Sheriff’s Community Impact Program (SCIP), you can visit the program websites.
